Fresh towels and bed linen are provided and the apartments come with everything necessary for self-catering, including all pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, crockery and cooking utensils.
Most guests are met outside the Sapporo restaurant on Duke Street, where they will be given keys for the apartments and shown in. This applies only for the Elysian Fields, Staten Court and Waterford apartments. Alternative arrangements will be made for bookings for other apartments. The Elysian Fields, Staten Court and Waterford apartments are situated close to Manchester?s East Village, above the restaurants (Sapporo and Il Forno) on Duke Street. By Car (from the M62 motorway): - From the M62 motorway, follow the signs for the city centre and the cathedrals. - On reaching the Anglican cathedral on Hope Street, turn right down Upper Duke Street. ? Carry on straight through the traffic lights (with the Chinese Arch on the left-hand side). - The apartment is located on the left-hand side, which is called East Village. By Air: Pick-up and transfers services from Liverpool or Manchester Airport are available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost. Further details are available on request. Some of the apartments, including Elysian Fields, Staten Court, and the Waterford Apartments are just a few minutes? walk from the new billion-pound shopping and leisure development, Liverpool One. Other apartments, including Westminster Chambers, are located towards the other side of the city, close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Matthew Street, great for Beatles fans. Most of the apartments have a main bathroom with a bath and a shower, as well as an en suite shower room in the master bedroom. The apartments have open-plan living and dining areas with TVs with Freeview digital channels (some apartments have Sky TV). Apartments have kitchens with dishwashers, washer/dryers, fridge/freezers and microwaves.
Check-In Information: Once you have made a reservation, please make a note of the telephone number and contact details supplied on your confirmation email. This telephone number will be needed in order to arrange key collection and check in to the apartment in which you are staying.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 20.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
